How to make a return or exchange

How to Cancel your Order


The cancellation of the order can only be done if the item has not been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel your order contact us immediately via the “contact us” form or send us an email to info@naiolibags.com.
If your order hasn’t been shipped we will cancel your order and provide you with a refund.

Refund

Refunds are made immediately when returning items are received and checked (within 5 business days). Refunds are only made on your original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and type of credit card. If the purchase is made by cash, the amount of the refund will be deposited into a bank account specified by the customer.

Faulty items

It is our purpose that each item reaches you in perfect condition and we hope you are always thrilled with your purchase. In case you receive an item in a faulty or impaired state, or if it doesn’t reasonable match the depiction on our WebSite , please contact NAIOLI at info@naiolibags.com or all of your inquires.  In case that our company is responsible for any faulty or impaired item you received, where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
